Final Exonerated Run TONIGHT!

Well, tonight is our last run for The Exonerated. I'm proud of how smoothly it has come together. Our first dress rehearsal was a full, non-stop run -- kind of created a good omen for the week. I feel as though it's still running a bit long (it's a three hour show -- Yikes!), but there's not much I can do about length at this point, since I'm a supporting character. But everyone has made leaps and bounds since our first rehearsals. What has made this experience unique is that everyone is still actively experimenting. On one hand, this is a bit scary, as I tend to enjoy working with consistent counterparts rather than wildly spontaneous ones. But on the other hand, it keeps everything very fresh and organic, which I love. Since the experimentation is mostly contained to line delivery and character interpretation, it doesn't bother me. As long as nobody makes massive changes to their blocking, it doesn't bother me. I'm a bit exhausted from this entire three month process, but I'm dedicated to giving it everything I've got tonight. And tomorrow!!!

Come to The Exonerated!!! See details here.

EDIT: tonight someone literally added a full-blown lisp to his character. That is weird. I am now against experimenting with character design during final dress week. =)
